Unconventional Jewellery & Accessories ships worldwide using Regular Post Service.
Shipping Costs:
British Columbia: 1 piece - $5, any additional piece up to 5 pieces - $2.5, any additional piece over 5 pieces - $2;
Rest of Canada: 1 piece - $8, any additional piece up to 5 pieces - $4, any additional piece over 5 pieces - $3.2;
Everywhere else: 1 piece - $10, any additional piece up to 5 pieces - $5, any additional piece over 5 pieces - $4.
The shipping cost will be automatically rounded up to nearest dollar.
If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Returns & Exchanges:
If for some reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days in their original packaging and unused condition, and we will exchange it or issue a store credit or refund.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
For security, please return your items with an insured courier and retain the receipt. Unconventional Jewellery & Accessories is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
